Parking & Getting Here

We offer over 2,000 free parking spaces, including dedicated Blue Badge bays and Parent & Child spaces located close to store entrances for ease of access.

Our car parks have achieved the Park Mark Safer Parking Award, recognising our commitment to providing a clean, well-managed and secure environment.

Parkgate is also served by excellent public transport links, including the Parkgate Tram-Train stop and regular local bus routes. The new link road and Park & Ride facility make it even easier to reach us sustainably, with step-free access, EV charging bays, and cycle parking available.

In and Around Parkgate

Parkgate is a single-level shopping park, making it easy to move between stores. Pathways are wide and level, with dropped kerbs and smooth surfaces to support wheelchair and pushchair users.

Most stores have automatic doors and step-free access, and many include lifts or accessible changing rooms where applicable.

Wheelchairs are available to borrow from our Security Office. Simply ask a member of the team when you arrive.
