As a Retail Supervisor at Deichmann, you will be a key part of the store team in Parkgate Shopping Park, supporting the management team and helping to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer who walks through the door.

You will be based in store and will work closely with both colleagues and management, leading by example on the shop floor and ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service at all times. From opening and closing the store, cashing up and completing administrative duties, through to supporting with stock deliveries, merchandising and maintaining strong product knowledge, no two days will be the same. You will also play an important role in motivating and supporting the team, helping to achieve sales targets and KPIs, dealing with customer queries and ensuring the store is always presented to a high standard.

This is a 16-hour part-time position offering up to £13.91 per hour plus non-contractual hourly sales commission, with opportunities to develop and grow within your retail career.
